Disclosure 01
Technology role
AgentTrainingAcademy supplies software, digital delivery systems, training technology, workflow configuration, implementation, support, data migration, and approved custom development. It does not act as an insurance company or insurance intermediary.
Disclosure 02
Eligible customer
The public buyer is a licensed insurance company or licensed insurance broker organization. Authorized personnel, including licensed agents where a documented professional workflow requires them, use restricted functions only while acting under that organization’s authority. The platform is not offered to John Q. Public.
Disclosure 03
Prohibited insurance activities
AgentTrainingAcademy does not offer, recommend, quote, sell, solicit, negotiate, place, underwrite, bind, issue, service, cancel, adjust, or settle insurance. It does not determine coverage, liability, benefits, premium, claims, payouts, settlements, licensing, or compliance outcomes.
Disclosure 04
Licensed-organization authority
The licensed customer configures its products, rules, permissions, sources, and review procedures; validates inputs; supervises personnel and service providers; and makes every insurance decision through appropriately authorized people.
Disclosure 05
Software and AI
AI-assisted software output is informational and must be reviewed by authorized personnel. It does not make or recommend an insurance decision. Software output may organize information, explain platform functions, or support a workflow. It is non-binding and requires review against current facts, applicable law, carrier requirements, approved forms, and organization procedures.
Disclosure 06
No-premium rule
AgentTrainingAcademy and this website do not collect, receive, control, hold, transmit, or retain insurance premium, premium tax, policy fees, claim funds, settlement funds, escrow funds, or another payment that creates or changes an insurance right or obligation.
Disclosure 07
Technology invoices and insurance payments
Amounts billed by AgentTrainingAcademy pay only for approved software and technology services. Any permitted insurance payment is handled by the licensed insurance organization or its authorized payment processor—not by AgentTrainingAcademy. Private technology invoicing remains inactive until the documented commercialization release gate and specific written owner approval are complete.
Disclosure 08
Customer duties
The licensed organization is responsible for licensing, authorization, legal and compliance review, configuration, supervision, product, rate and form approval, data rights, security review, vendor permissions, and use of every output.
Disclosure 09
Data and access controls
Public examples and simulations use fictional or synthetic information. Production workflows may use customer-supplied data only under an approved implementation and access model. The application uses authenticated access, organization roles, tenant-scoped permissions, managed storage, and retention controls; no system can guarantee absolute security.
