Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of AgentTrainingAcademy, including its website, courses, simulations, assessments, certificates, community features, agency dashboards, integration guidance, AI-assisted educational tools, and related services. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, accepting an agency invitation, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
Educational purpose and human responsibility
AgentTrainingAcademy provides education about artificial-intelligence tools in insurance workflows. It does not provide legal, regulatory, insurance, claims, underwriting, employment, cybersecurity, accounting, or other professional advice. Materials and AI-generated responses may be incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular agency, carrier, jurisdiction, client, or situation.
You must review outputs against applicable law, carrier guidance, contracts, agency procedures, licensing requirements, professional standards, and the facts. AI supports the work; accountable people remain responsible for consequential actions. Do not treat a response or example as authorization to bind coverage, settle a claim, change a policy, communicate a coverage determination, disclose protected information, or take an action requiring qualified approval.
Certificates and badges
Certificates and badges recognize completion of an AgentTrainingAcademy educational program. They are not professional licensure, regulator-issued professional certification, or continuing-education credit. You and your organization are responsible for verifying external requirements.
Accounts and security
Provide accurate account information, protect access credentials, and report suspected unauthorized access. Agency managers are responsible for invitations and role assignments. You may not share accounts, circumvent controls, probe for vulnerabilities, interfere with operation, or access another system without authorization.
Acceptable use and protected information
Use the service only for lawful educational and administrative purposes. Do not submit live client, claimant, policyholder, employee, payment, medical, financial, authentication, or other sensitive information into simulations, community posts, or the AI assistant. Simulations are intended for fictional or properly de-identified data.
You may not upload malware; impersonate others; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; harass; send spam; publish intentionally misleading insurance information; automate abusive traffic; scrape restricted content; or use the service to facilitate discrimination, fraud, deceptive sales practices, or unfair claims practices.
Community standards and moderation
Community contributions must be professional, relevant, respectful, and suitable for education. Posts may be held, labeled, hidden, or removed for spam, personal or confidential information, harassment, unlawful content, or materially misleading information. Expert-reviewed labels indicate an additional educational review and do not create professional advice. Serious or repeated violations may result in restricted access or suspension.
Subscriptions, renewals, and cancellation
Approved pricing is Individual at $49 per month, Agency at $199 per month for up to 25 users, and Enterprise at $599 per month. Annual billing charges ten monthly payments for twelve months: $490 Individual, $1,990 Agency, and $5,990 Enterprise. Taxes may apply.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the selected term unless canceled before renewal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access ordinarily continues through the paid term without a prorated refund, except where required by law or stated at checkout. Stripe processes payments under its applicable terms and privacy practices.
Course and integration content
Software products, APIs, carrier requirements, and regulatory expectations change. We may revise or retire content. Integration guides are educational planning resources, not vendor authorization or implementation services. Consult current vendor documentation and obtain required approvals, credentials, agreements, and security reviews before connecting a production system. Third-party references do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
User content and feedback
You retain ownership of original content you submit and grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, moderate, and process it as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. The license ends when content is deleted, subject to backups, legal duties, and safety records. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content. Feedback may be used without compensation, but private feedback will not be publicly attributed without permission.
Platform content and intellectual property
The service, course structure, original lessons, simulations, assessments, design, software, and branding belong to AgentTrainingAcademy or its licensors. A subscription grants a limited, revocable, nontransferable right to use the service for its intended educational purpose during the term. You may not sell, sublicense, publish, systematically copy, or build a competing library from protected materials without written permission.
Third-party services
The service may link to or interoperate with third-party services controlled by their providers. Their availability, security, data handling, and terms are not controlled by AgentTrainingAcademy. Review and accept applicable third-party terms before use.
Availability and changes
We may modify features, content, and technical requirements and perform maintenance. Reasonable efforts will be made to maintain dependable service, but uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated through the service or by email when appropriate.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to protect users, comply with law, address nonpayment, investigate misuse, or enforce these Terms. You may stop using the service and cancel a subscription at any time. Payment, intellectual-property, disclaimer, limitation, and dispute provisions survive as appropriate.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, and any warranty that course completion or AI use will produce a particular business, compliance, productivity, employment, or financial result. Rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain in effect.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AgentTrainingAcademy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, coverage, business opportunity, or professional standing. Aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid by the claimant during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where law prohibits this limit.
Indemnification
An organization and its authorized users agree to defend and indemnify AgentTrainingAcademy from third-party claims arising from unlawful use, a violation of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or submission of information they were not authorized to provide, except to the extent a claim results from our misconduct.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Iowa law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local law requires otherwise. Before filing a formal claim, the parties will try in good faith to resolve it through support@agenttrainingacademy.com. Permitted court proceedings will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Polk County, Iowa, unless law requires another venue.
